Paul serves on the Board of Directors for BioNorth Texas and is a mentor for Health Wildcatters. He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Lasers, Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and was on the Board of Directors of Sona Med Spa from 2001-2003.
